Meesho Limited allotted 52,48,913 equity shares to employees upon exercise of vested options under its ESOP 2024 Plan.
The allotment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee via circular resolution on May 19, 2026.
Issued share capital increased from ₹458.74 crore to ₹459.27 crore, with new shares ranking pari-passu with existing equity.
