Key Details of the Change
The company has implemented an organizational change within its Product team aimed at strengthening accountability and ensuring closer alignment of product strategy and execution with the long-term needs of each business. As part of this restructuring, product leaders who were previously reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) will now report directly to their respective Business Heads.
Consequently, the CPO role has been discontinued. Mr. Prasanna Arunachalam, who had been serving as CPO, ceases to be classified as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company. However, he continues to remain employed by Meesho Limited.
