Technology Infrastructure

PRISM (Personalised Ranking & Intent Signal Module) is Meesho's proprietary AI intelligence system designed for discovery-led shopping experiences. The system is built on BharatMLStack, Meesho's in-house ML infrastructure platform that supports high-throughput AI workloads at significantly lower inference costs than conventional cloud infrastructure.

System Capabilities

PRISM enables real-time intelligence and ranking architecture that interprets behavioral, transactional, and contextual signals across users and their browsing journeys. It includes Trendpulse, an LLM-powered discovery engine that interprets emerging demand patterns across regions, cities, and local consumer clusters.
