Pace Digitek Limited's material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited, has entered into a Master Supply Agreement (MSA) with Guangzhou Rongjie Energy Technology Co., Ltd (RJE Tech), a leading Chinese manufacturer of lithium-ion battery cells. The agreement was executed pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
