The MoU, executed on July 10, 2026, is for the supply of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) including DC Blocks, C&I BESS cabinets, Residential BESS, PCS, EMS and battery containers.

- Parties Involved: Lineage Power Private Limited (subsidiary) and Bondada Renewable Energy Private Limited
- Shareholding: Nil shareholding in the entity with whom the agreement is executed
- Nature of Entity: Domestic agreement

- Consideration: To be determined as per the commercial terms of the Memorandum of Understanding
