Pace Digitek Limited's material subsidiary, M/s. Lineage Power Private Limited, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with M/s. Onward Solar Power Private Limited (OSPPL) and M/s. Kalpa Power Private Limited (KPPL).
The MOU was executed on July 09, 2026, for the supply of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) including:
- DC Blocks
- C&I BESS cabinets
- Residential BESS
- PCS (Power Conversion Systems)
- EMS (Energy Management Systems)
- Battery containers
The agreement involves domestic entities only, with no shareholding relationship between the parties. There is no relation with the promoter/promoter group/group companies, and the transaction does not fall within related party transactions. Consideration details will be as per the commercial terms of the Memorandum of Understanding.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in compliance with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
