Material subsidiary M/s. Lineage Power Private Limited has received a Letter of Award from Kalpa Power Private Limited (KPPL) for:

• Contract Value: ₹929.25 Million (including GST)
• Project Scope: Supply and commissioning support of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)
• Capacity: 100 MWh
• Counterparty: Kalpa Power Private Limited (domestic entity)
• Execution Deadline: December 31, 2026

• The order/contract does not involve any interest of promoter/promoter group/group companies in the awarding entity
