Pace E-Commerce Ventures Limited has made a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025‐CFD‐POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
The Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 22, 2026 (commencing at 12:00 PM and concluding at 12:55 PM) considered and approved the proposal for change of name of the company. The proposed change is from "Pace E‐Commerce Ventures Limited" to one of the following names in order of preference:
1. Aarien Enterprises Limited
2. Aarien Ventures Limited
3. Such other name as may be approved by the Central Registration Centre (CRC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs
The name change is subject to multiple approvals including:
- Availability and approval of the proposed name by the Central Registration Centre (CRC)
- Approval of members of the company by way of special resolution
- Other required approvals, permissions and consents under applicable laws
- Consequential amendments to the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association
The company will apply for the next preferred name in the sequence if any proposed name is not available or not approved by CRC.
The change of name shall also be subject to compliance with Regulation 45 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
