SAMHI Hotels entered a lease agreement with Ingka Centres affiliate for a ~162-room upscale hotel in Noida's mixed-use development.
The hotel will occupy floors 29-37 of Tower 1 within Ingka's ~2.5 million sq. ft. project, featuring 3,800 sq. ft. meeting space and amenities.
Transaction strengthens SAMHI's Delhi NCR presence by 32% to 676 rooms and aligns with capital-efficient growth strategy through lease structure.
SAMHI will invest in interior fit-outs while Ingka provides building shell; international brand positioning to be determined later.
