SAMHI Hotels Secures Noida Upscale Hotel Lease
SAMHI Hotels entered a lease agreement with Ingka Centres affiliate for a ~162-room upscale hotel in Noida's mixed-use development.
The hotel will occupy floors 29-37 of Tower 1 within Ingka's ~2.5 mi
