Solex Energy Ltd signed an MoU with Gujarat Government on May 01, 2026 for a ₹4,000 crore project.
The project includes a 5 GW solar cell manufacturing plant and a 10 GW Battery Energy Storage System facility.
The MoU does not result in any change to the company's management, control, or ownership structure.
