Swiggy Networks Limited, a material wholly owned subsidiary of Swiggy Limited, has completed the sale of its entire shareholding in Lynks Logistics Limited to Trustroot Internet Private Limited. The transaction was completed on October 15, 2026, during closing hours, in accordance with the terms of the transaction documents. As a result, Lynks Logistics Limited ceases to be a subsidiary of Swiggy Networks Limited and consequently ceases to be a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Swiggy Limited.
