The Central Government of India, through notification reference eF. No. 6/2(v)/2026-BO-I dated 12.08.2026, has nominated Shri Manohar Lal Paliwal as Part-time Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of UCO Bank.
The appointment is effective from 12 August 2026 for a term of three years from the date of notification, or until further orders from the Central Government, whichever occurs earlier.

LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 and NSE/CML/2018/02, both dated June 20, 2018, issued by BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited respectively, the bank confirms that Shri Manohar Lal Paliwal is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other regulatory/statutory authority.
