The company demonstrated resilience with healthy net-inflows and sustained customer engagement. Higher operating costs, including investments in IT infrastructure and field-force costs, impacted profitability. These investments aim to strengthen distribution capabilities, expand SIP mobilization and enhance customer acquisition.

Forward Strategy

The company is transitioning from a broking-led model to a wealth & distribution-driven franchise focusing on:

  • Expanding presence in Tier 2 & 3 cities with new branches
  • Strengthening global NRI wealth funnels across Middle East & GIFT City
  • Digital-led distribution and client engagement using AI and integrated platforms
  • Increasing SIP penetration and leveraging technology to improve operating productivity
