DARPG released its 44th monthly CPGRAMS report detailing public grievance redressal for States/UTs in March 2026.
83,365 public grievance cases were received and 75,245 were redressed, with Uttar Pradesh recording the highest disposals at 22,985.
Total pendency of grievance cases stood at 201,088 as of March 31, 2026, with 22 States/UTs having over 1,000 pending cases each.
Under the Sevottam Scheme, 1,134 training courses were conducted over four fiscal years, training approximately 37,620 officers.
