The Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) under the Ministry of Finance is implementing Special Campaign 6 as part of the government's annual initiative focused on Swachhata (cleanliness) and disposal of pending references. The campaign aims to achieve saturation of swachhata in all offices with particular emphasis on effective collection, segregation, and disposal of e-waste.
The campaign is structured in three distinct phases: a preparatory phase from September 15-30, 2026; an implementation phase from October 2-31, 2026; and an evaluation phase from November 16-30, 2026. During the preparatory phase, DPE identified specific targets including disposal of all public grievances, review of 325 files for record management, efficient utilization of office space, workplace improvement initiatives, and social media outreach.
The implementation phase focuses on achieving these targets through strengthened swachhata efforts, minimizing pendency, improving record management, and ensuring efficient utilization of office resources. DPE has been actively participating in these special campaigns since their inception in 2021, demonstrating ongoing commitment to administrative efficiency and workplace cleanliness.
