Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh awarded top-performing Ministries and States at the SADHANA Saptah 2026 ceremony for capacity building.
The week-long initiative recorded 3.18 crore course completions by 47 lakh government employees, with 33 lakh completing prescribed learning.
The event marked a shift towards results-based evaluation and continuous learning across all government employee hierarchies.
The government is expanding capacity-building to scientists, academics, and exploring similar orientation for parliamentarians and ministers.
