Jitendra Singh Addresses IIPA Public Administration Convocation

The APPPA programme has trained over 1,700 officers since 1975, aligning with Mission Karmayogi capacity building.
Singh highlighted the growing importance of communication skills and outcome-based governance models like Aspirational Districts Programme.
