Pensioners have multiple submission channels including physical submission at the office, speed post addressed to Dr. Satya Prakash, Additional Secretary, or advance submission via email at abhinav.99[at]gov[dot]in. The application requires specific documentation including the pensioner's full name, former designation, PPO Number, bank details, retirement date, complete address, and telephone numbers. Applicants must attach copies of their PPO, any corrigendum PPOs, and the last two pages of their updated bank passbook for verification purposes.
