Pension Adalats Resolve 2,713 Grievances Since FY24

Since FY 2023-24, the Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare has conducted 8 Pension Adalats to address grievances of central government pensioners.
These adalats addressed 3,594 grievances, with 2,713 resolved on the spot, and the balance redressed through follow-up meetings and monitoring.
Held in hybrid mode, these adalats enabled pensioner participation for timely grievance redressal, as stated by Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh in Parliament.
