This document is a further intimation to stakeholders regarding SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026, titled "Ease of Doing Investment – Special Window for Transfer and Dematerialisation of Physical Securities".

The Company confirms it has communicated the details of this circular through various platforms, including Stock Exchange Intimations, Newspaper Publications, and by uploading it on the company website (www.ace-cranes.com).

The key details of the SEBI circular are:

  • A special window is available for a period of one year, from February 05, 2026, to February 04, 2027.
  • It applies to the transfer and dematerialisation of physical securities that were sold/purchased prior to April 01, 2019.
  • The window is also available for transfer requests that were previously submitted but were rejected, returned, or not attended to due to deficiencies, subject to rectification and re-submission within the window period.
  • All transfers processed under this window will be credited only in dematerialised form.
  • These securities will be subject to a lock-in period of one year from the date of registration of transfer. During this lock-in, the securities cannot be transferred, pledged, or lien-marked.
  • The window does not apply to cases involving disputes between transferor and transferee or to securities that have been transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).

Obligations for Transferees (Investors)

Concerned transferees are requested to submit the requisite documents to the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) within the prescribed period. The mandatory documents required from the transferee, as per the SEBI circular, are:

  • a. Original security certificate(s)
  • b. Transfer deed executed prior to April 01, 2019
  • c. Proof of purchase by transferee, as may be available
  • d. KYC documents of the transferee (as per ISR forms)
  • e. Latest Client Master List (CML), not older than 2 months, of the demat account of the transferee, duly attested by the Depository Participant
  • f. Undertaking cum Indemnity as per the format provided in Annexure-A of the circular (to be on non-judicial stamp paper or franked)
