The Company states it has been regularly intimating stock exchanges of all events, information, and announcements (including impending announcements) that may have bearing on operations/performance, including any price-sensitive information, in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
According to the Company's bona fide belief, the movement in volume/price of the Company's shares is purely market driven and attributable to prevailing market conditions. The management explicitly states it is in no way connected with any such movement in volume/price.
