Scrutinizer Appointment
The Board of Directors has appointed M/s Jay Mehta & Associates (FCS No. 8672), Practicing Company Secretary, as the Scrutinizer to conduct the postal ballot process in a fair and transparent manner. The Scrutinizer will submit a report to the Chairman, and their decision on the validity of votes will be final.
