Automobile Products of India Limited has made a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company received an email from BSE Limited (the Stock Exchange) dated July 23, 2026. The email informed the company that a fine of ₹14,98,600 (Rupees Fourteen Lakh Ninety-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Only), inclusive of GST, has been levied against it.

This fine is for non-compliance with minimum public shareholding requirements as stipulated under Regulation 38 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The period of non-compliance cited is from January 1, 2026, to May 7, 2026.

The disclosure states that the company is in the process of complying with the minimum public shareholding requirements and aims to do so at the earliest.
