The order disposes of all proceedings against Axis Bank, ASL, and ACL without issuance of any direction or imposition of any penalty. This concludes the matter related to the Show Cause Notice (SCN) received by these entities from SEBI via email on October 25, 2024, concerning the purchase of shares of Max Life Insurance Company Limited.
