KYC Compliance Requirements:
The Company is implementing SEBI Master Circular No. HO/38/13/(4)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/4298/2026 dated 06 February 2026 which mandates that physical security holders whose folios are not updated with KYC details shall be eligible for any payment including dividend only through electronic mode with effect from 01 April 2024.
Required KYC Details:
Shareholders must provide the following details with supporting documents:
1. PAN (linked with Aadhar) - Form ISR-1
2. Postal address with PIN - Form ISR-1
3. E-mail Address - Form ISR-1
4. Mobile Number - Form ISR-1
5. Bank account details - Form ISR-1
6. Nomination details/Declaration to opt out - Form SH-13 (Nomination Registration Form)/Form ISR-3 (Form for opting out of Nomination)
7. Specimen Signature - Form ISR-2
