The Board of Directors meeting held on July 15, 2026 addressed a notice received from Stock Exchanges regarding delay in filing Related Party Transaction disclosure through Integrated Financial XBRL under Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
