CAQM Invokes GRAP Stage-I in Delhi-NCR for Poor Air Quality

CAQM invoked Stage-I of GRAP across NCR after Delhi's AQI reached 226 (Poor category) due to unfavorable meteorological conditions.
The order mandates immediate implementation of 31 specific pollution control measures covering construction, waste management, traffic, and industrial emissions.
All concerned agencies including state pollution control boards and DPCC are directed to implement, monitor, and review these measures strictly.
The Sub-Committee will continue monitoring AQI levels and may take further action based on IMD/IITM forecasts over the next two days.
