CEAT Limited complies with SEBI circular by publishing newspaper notices for a special window for re-lodgment of physical share transfer requests.
The special window allows fresh lodgement or re-lodgement of transfer deeds executed before April 01, 2019, provided original security certificates are available.
Notices were published in Financial Express (English) and Loksatta (Marathi) newspapers on April 08, 2026.
The eligibility matrix specifies that transfer deeds executed before April 01, 2019 with available certificates qualify for the window.
