  • Gendlal Mahadeorao Kharbikar: 500 shares (0.001% shareholding)
  • Pravin Waman Bakde: 3,000 shares (0.01% shareholding)

Total Shares Reclassified: 100,785 shares representing approximately 0.3565% of the company's share capital.

The reclassification is conducted under Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. These shareholders will no longer be reported as members of the promoter group in future shareholding pattern filings submitted to stock exchanges under Regulation 31 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

The company is required to ensure compliance with subsequent relevant disclosures of material events related to this reclassification as per applicable provisions of Regulation 31A.
