Background and Basis
The application follows the Order dated May 12, 2023 passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench (NCLT Order) which approved the Resolution Plan in respect of the Company. The Resolution Plan resulted in consequential changes in the shareholding and management/control of the Company.
The Company's Board noted the Promoter Re-classification in their Board meeting held on 22nd January, 2026.
NSE Query
The Company has received a query letter from NSE Limited (Letter No. NSE/LIST/588 dated 1st September, 2026) regarding applicability of Regulation 31A(2) & 8(c) of SEBI LODR. The Company has taken note of the same and is complying with the said regulation.
