The CPGRAMS AI-enabled Voice Chatbot 'Samadhan Didi' was launched by Dr Jitendra Singh, Minister of State for Science and Technology, Earth Sciences, PMO, Department of Atomic Energy, Department of Space, and Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions
Developed by Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) in collaboration with Bhashini
Citizens can lodge grievances by speaking in their native language without needing to know which Ministry/Department the issue belongs to
The system automatically identifies the appropriate Ministry, Department, category and sub-category
Grievance registrations increased from about 2 lakh annually in 2014 to over 25 lakh annually currently
Grievance disposal rate has now crossed 95%
Platform currently supports 22 languages of the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution
Expanding to include regional and indigenous languages: Bhojpuri, Garo, Khasi, Mijo and Bodhi in phased manner
System integrates language capabilities of Bhashini with grievance-classification models trained on CPGRAMS data
Developed within secure Government infrastructure ensuring data privacy
