The Company has submitted an application to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on 14th August, 2026 seeking their No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the re-classification of Mr. Chand Arora from the 'Promoter Group' category to 'Public Category'.
This application follows:
- An earlier intimation dated 5th August, 2026 regarding receipt of request from Mr. Chand Arora for this reclassification
- Board of Directors' approval granted on 12th August, 2026, which was subject to receipt of necessary NOC from the Stock Exchanges and other required authorities
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 31A(8) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, as amended.
