Item 2: Re-appointment of Director
To appoint Mr. Anil Kumar (DIN: 11104563) as Director who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for reappointment as an Executive Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation. The Board recommends his re-appointment based on performance evaluation and recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
