The summons required furnishing of certain information, records and data pertaining to the period prior to the commencement of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).
Current Status
The Suspended Board of Directors and KMP have submitted part of the information sought by SEBI.
They have sought extensions from SEBI on multiple occasions for furnishing the requisite information.
As of the disclosure date (17 August 2026), the Suspended Board of Directors and KMP have submitted another request to SEBI seeking a further extension of 7 days to complete the submission of the remaining information and data.
