Elitecon International Limited Postal Ballot Notice
Elitecon International Limited submitted copies of its published Newspaper advertisement regarding the Notice of Postal Ballot dated September 18, 2026 to BSE Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. The notice was published in Financial Express (English Newspaper All edition) and Jansatta (Hindi Newspaper). This submission is in accordance with Regulation 30 and 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The Postal Ballot Notice is pursuant to Section 108 and 110 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 20 & 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The Resolutions set out in the Notice are proposed to be passed through Postal Ballot by voting through electronic means (remote e-voting).
The Notice was sent electronically on September 18, 2026 and is available on the Company's website www.eliteconinternational.com, on the website of Bigshare Services Private Limited www.bigshareonline.com, and on the website of BSE Limited where the Company's shares are listed.
The Company has engaged Bigshare Services Private Limited as the agency to provide voting facilities. Members registered in the Register of Members/List of Beneficial owners maintained by the Depositories as on the cut-off date Friday, September 11, 2026 are entitled to cast their votes.
The Results of remote e-voting will be declared within two working days from conduction of e-voting period and will be displayed on the Company's website www.eliteconinternational.com and communicated to the Stock Exchange.
