The company's Structured Digital Database (SDD) software, a standalone regulatory compliance application maintained exclusively for recording the sharing of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, suffered an unforeseen technical failure on 29th June, 2026. This resulted in the loss of data maintained in the SDD system.

The technical failure is confined exclusively to the SDD compliance software and is separate from the company's accounting software and other operational or financial information systems. The company confirms that the incident has no impact on:

Data Recovery Status

Despite best efforts, the company has been unable to retrieve or restore the data maintained in the SDD software, as no system backup was available for the affected period.

Corrective Measures Implemented

Immediately upon identifying the issue, the company initiated the following corrective measures:

1. Restoring the functionality of the SDD system

2. Conducting a detailed internal review to ascertain the extent of the data loss

3. Reconstructing the SDD records for the affected period based on available documentary records, internal correspondence, transaction documents and other contemporaneous evidence

4. Recording such reconstructed entries manually in the SDD system with appropriate internal documentation identifying them as reconstructed entries

5. Implementing enhanced information security measures, including periodic backup protocols and strengthened disaster recovery mechanisms

Governance Oversight

The Audit Committee and the Board of Directors have been informed of the incident and the corrective and preventive measures being implemented.
