Fusion Finance Limited disclosed its Compliance Officer and Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) details for Q4 FY26 as per SEBI LODR Regulations.
Mr. Vikrant Sadana, a qualified Company Secretary (M.No. A36584), was appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer on 18 August 2025.
The previous Compliance Officer, Mr. Deepak Madaan (M.No. A24811), ceased on 17 August 2025 after holding the position since 3 December 2015.
MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. continues as the RTA, appointed for debt on 11 May 2016 and for equity on 15 November 2022.
