Hybrid Financial Services Limited has received a Certificate of Registration from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to carry on business as a Stock Broker and Clearing Member. The registration number is INZ000335038, effective from June 17, 2026.

This registration follows the NCLT-approved merger of the company's subsidiary, Maximus Securities Limited, with Hybrid Financial Services Limited. The company had applied to SEBI through the National Stock Exchange (NSE) for Single Registration to enable the seamless continuation of Maximus Securities Limited's business operations within the merged entity.

The registration certificate grants the company authority to conduct activities including buying, selling, or dealing in securities, clearing and settlement of trades, and other activities permitted by stock exchanges/clearing corporations. The operations of Maximus Securities Limited, including its management team and staff, will now continue within the parent company without interruption.

The registration is subject to several conditions specified by SEBI:

  • Compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, and all regulations and directives issued by SEBI
  • Adherence to guidelines/directives/instructions/circulars from SEBI, Government of India, and Stock Exchanges/Clearing Corporations
  • Maintenance of stock exchange membership and adherence to exchange rules/regulations
  • Payment of fees to SEBI as prescribed
  • Redressal of investor grievances within 21 calendar days of complaint receipt
  • Compliance with Code of Conduct specified in Chapter VIII of SEBI (Stock-Brokers) Regulations, 2026
  • Maintenance of minimum networth as specified in Chapter X
  • Mandatory reporting of material changes including control changes, key personnel changes, name changes, office address changes, constitution changes, net worth below minimum requirements, and fit and proper status changes
  • Compliance with AML circulars and mandatory registration with FIU-IND through FINnet Gateway
  • Conducting business only in the registered name, not in directors' names
  • Not using registered status for unauthorized activities

The certificate remains valid until suspended or cancelled in accordance with SEBI regulations. All future correspondence with SEBI, Government, and other authorities must quote registration number INZ000335038.
