- The special window is open until February 4, 2027
- Facilitates transfer and dematerialization of physical securities that were sold/purchased prior to April 1, 2019
- Also available for transfer requests that were previously rejected/returned/not attended to due to deficiency in documents/process/or otherwise
Requirements for Consideration
Request(s) must be accompanied by:
- Original security certificate(s)
- Transfer deed(s)
- Other supporting documents
Transfer Conditions
- Securities transferred under this window will be mandatorily credited to the transferee only in demat mode
- Transferred securities will be under lock-in for a period of one year from the date of registration of transfer
- During the lock-in period, such securities shall not be transferred/lien-marked/pledged
