InterGlobe Aviation Limited has provided an update regarding an ongoing investigation by the Competition Commission of India (CCI).
The company had previously disclosed on February 5, 2026 that the CCI had passed an order under Section 26(1) of the Competition Act, 2002 directing the Director General (DG) to investigate a matter concerning the company.
Subsequently, the company filed a commitment application under Section 48B of the Competition Act, 2002 read with the Competition Commission of India (Commitment) Regulations, 2024.
On July 23, 2026, the CCI issued an order that has kept the DG's investigation in abeyance while considering the company's commitment application.
