Mahalaxmi Rubtech Limited has made a regulatory disclosure pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulation 30. The company received notices dated October 14, 2026, from both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Each notice imposed a fine of ₹10,000 plus applicable GST for a delay in submitting voting results in XBRL format pertaining to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 25, 2026.
The company provided clarification on the matter. It stated that the voting results, along with the Scrutiniser's Report, were duly submitted on September 26, 2026, within the prescribed timeline and were also hosted on the company's website. The delay was attributed to an inadvertent oversight where the results were not separately uploaded under the specific "XBRL – Voting Results" tab on the stock exchanges' portals.
The company emphasized that the delay was unintentional and without any malafide intent. Upon realizing the omission, immediate corrective action was taken to upload the voting results in the prescribed XBRL format on the exchange portals. Furthermore, the company confirmed that the fine has been paid. A total amount of ₹11,800 (Rupees Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Only), inclusive of applicable GST, was paid to each of the stock exchanges on October 21, 2026.
The annexures to the disclosure include the original notices from the exchanges. The notice from the National Stock Exchange (Ref: NSE/LIST-SOP/FINES/1154) details the fine of ₹10,000 for non-compliance with Regulation 44(3) for the month ending September 30, 2026, with an additional 18% GST, bringing the total payable to ₹11,800. A similar notice was received from BSE, referencing SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026.
The company reiterates its commitment to high standards of corporate governance and regulatory compliance and has taken note of this lapse to prevent future occurrences.
