Mid India Industries informs shareholders of SEBI's special window for transferring and dematerializing physical securities sold/purchased before April 01, 2019.
The window is open from February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027 and applies to previously rejected or unattended transfer requests.
Transferred securities will be credited only in demat mode and locked-in for one year from transfer registration date.
Shareholders must submit required documents to RTA Ankit Consultancy Private Limited to utilize this facility.
