The electronic dispatch of the Notice was sent on Thursday, October 22, 2026 to members whose email addresses are registered with the Depository Participant(s)/Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), XL Softech Systems Limited.
Key Voting Parameters:
- Cut-off Date: October 16, 2025 (only members holding shares as on this date are eligible to vote)
- Commencement of e-voting: 9:00 AM IST on Friday, October 23, 2026
- End of e-voting: 5:00 PM IST on Saturday, November 21, 2026
- Results announcement: On or before Monday, November 23, 2026
The resolution, if approved, shall be deemed to have been passed on the last date of e-voting (November 21, 2026).
Special Window for Physical Share Transfer

This facility is available to investors who purchased physical shares prior to April 1, 2019, and either:
(a) had not lodged the shares for transfer, or
(b) had lodged the shares for transfer but were rejected, returned, or not attended to due to documentation deficiencies
Requests accompanied by original share certificates along with transfer deeds and supporting documents will only be considered under this Special Window.
