NCC Limited has issued a mandatory communication to shareholders holding shares in physical form requiring them to furnish/update KYC details with the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, KFin Technologies Limited.

This action is in compliance with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/38/13/(4)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/4298/2026 dated February 06, 2026.

Required KYC Details:

  • PAN (must be linked with Aadhaar)
  • Contact details (postal address with PIN code, mobile number, and email address)
  • Bank account details (bank name, branch name, bank account number, and IFSC)
  • Specimen signature

Consequences of Non-Compliance:

  • Shareholders without updated KYC details will only be able to lodge grievances or avail service requests from the RTA after furnishing complete KYC details/documents
  • Any payments including dividends, interest, or redemption amounts will only be processed after furnishing complete KYC details/documents
  • All payments will be made only through electronic mode effective from April 1, 2024

Shareholders are also requested to register, update, or opt out of nomination as applicable using Form SH-13 (registration), Form SH-14 (cancellation/variation), or Form ISR-3 (opting out).

Required forms (ISR-1 for KYC updation, ISR-2 for bank details) along with supporting documents must be submitted through:
