Special Window for Physical Securities Dematerialization
- The company published newspaper advertisements in Business Standard (English) on 04th October 2026 and Nava Telangana (Telugu) on 05th October 2026 regarding a special window for transfer and dematerialization of physical shares.
- The special window is available until February 4, 2027 for re-lodgement of transfer and dematerialization of physical securities which were sold/purchased prior to April 1, 2019.
- The window specifically accommodates transfer requests that were previously lodged but were rejected, returned, or remained unattended due to deficiency in documentation/process/or otherwise, subject to fulfilment of prescribed requirements under SEBI Circular.
- Securities transferred under this facility will be credited only in dematerialized form and shall remain under lock-in for a period of one year from the date of registration of transfer. During this lock-in period, such securities cannot be transferred, lien marked, or pledged.
Eligibility Criteria for Special Window
The following cases are eligible for the special window:
- Execution Date of Transfer Deed before April 01, 2019 AND fresh lodgement (not lodged before) AND Original Security Certificate Available
- Execution Date of Transfer Deed before April 01, 2019 AND previously lodged but rejected/returned earlier AND Original Security Certificate Available
The following cases are NOT eligible:
- Execution Date of Transfer Deed before April 01, 2019 AND previously lodged BUT Original Security Certificate Not Available
- Execution Date of Transfer Deed before April 01, 2019 AND fresh lodgement BUT Original Security Certificate Not Available
- Cases involving disputes between transferor and transferee
- Securities which have been transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF)
KYC Update and Dematerialization Request
- Shareholders holding equity shares in physical form are requested to update their KYC details and convert their physical shares into dematerialized form at the earliest.
- Holding securities in demat form provides enhanced security compared to physical certificates.
Investor Protection Measures
- Shareholders are requested to claim their unclaimed dividend amounts, otherwise, the same will be transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA) after expiry of seven years.
