NFL SEBI LODR Regulation 17(1) Non-Compliance Notice

National Fertilizers Limited received an NSE notice dated 27.02.2026 for non-compliance with SEBI LODR Regulation 17(1) regarding independent director appointments.
The Board deliberated the notice in its 31.03.2026 meeting and noted the company had already requested NSE and BSE to withdraw notices and waive fines.
The Board observed that the company should again take up the matter with the Department of Fertilizers (DoF) for appointment of adequate independent directors.
