Regulatory Compliance Update for Physical Shareholders:

  • The company has issued an intimation to shareholders holding shares in physical form regarding SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 7, 2024, and SEBI Circular dated June 10, 2024
  • Shareholders must furnish self-attested copy of PAN linked with Aadhaar, KYC details, and nomination to the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) M/s. Alankit Assignments Limited
  • Effective from April 1, 2024, shareholders with folios not updated with these documents (except 'choice of nomination') will only be eligible to:
  • Lodge grievances or avail service requests from RTA after furnishing required documents
  • Receive payments including dividends only through electronic mode
  • SEBI has mandated that transfer of securities held in physical form shall not be processed unless dematerialized

Required Documentation:

  • For KYC details: Duly filled Form ISR-1 with:
  • Self-attested copy of PAN card linked with Aadhaar (including joint holders)
  • Bank account details (bank name, branch, account number, IFS Code) supported by self-attested bank statement or original cancelled cheque
  • Postal address with PIN Code and self-attested valid address proof
  • Mobile number and email address
  • For specimen signature: Duly filled Form ISR-2 signed by shareholders and attested by Bank Manager with official seal and employee code
  • For nomination: Form SH-13 for registering nominee or Form ISR-3 for 'Declaration to Opt-out'
  • For changing nomination: Form SH-14 and Form ISR-3 for cancellation
