BSE imposed a fine of ₹1,06,200 on Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts for non-compliance with SEBI LODR Regulation 6(1).
The penalty was for failing to appoint a qualified company secretary as compliance officer for Q4 March 2025.
The company has already processed the penalty payment and states there is no material financial impact.
This intimation is made under SEBI Listing Regulations 30 as a mandatory regulatory disclosure.
