Prabha Energy Limited confirms it does not qualify as a Large Corporate under SEBI's debt issuance framework as of March 31, 2026.
The disclosure is made pursuant to SEBI Operational Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023.
The confirmation was signed by Company Secretary Nikita Agarwalla and CFO Director Vishal Gautambhai Palkhiwala.
